Questions & answers

i How long will my registration process take at the gate?

A few minutes. But… usually you're not the only one signing up at the gate. So be in time; fifteen minutes early. Keep your ID ready and make sure you know the name of your Urenco contact person.

i What must I bring with me?

Everyone has to identify themselves at Urenco. Always bring a valid ID such as a passport or identity card. If you need specific things for your visit, please report this during your signing in at the gate.

i Where can I park?

Urenco has a secure parking area. You can report through the intercom at the gate. Then follow the instructions, and you will be on your way.

i Is my information already known?

Anyone who wants to enter the Urenco terrain, must have been signed in previously by a Urenco contact. Some basic information such as your name and the reason for your visit, is known in advance at the gate.

i What happens to my data?

The answers you provide in the on-line gate induction procedure will not be stored. The only information retained, is whether or not you have completed the gate induction procedure. This information is added to the visitor registration system together with the basic visitor information (Name, email address, ID document and period of validity).

i Will I be collected by someone?

Yes, usually by the Urenco contact person. Sometimes the contact person grants permission to someone else to come and collect you. Anyone visiting Urenco for the first time, will always be accompanied on site.

i What happens if I haven't completed the gate induction procedure?

Anyone who hasn't done the on-line gate induction procedure, or hasn't completed this for some reason or another, will be given the opportunity to do so at the gate. As a result, the entry procedure will take longer. Anyone refusing to participate, will not be allowed entry to the Urenco terrain.
